to my website, my name is Stephanie and with regular treatments I can help in treating conditions such as RSI, chronic neck & shoulder problems, lower back pain, muscular tension, injury recovery, stress, postural problems, insomnia and carpel tunnel syndrome. Even if you don't have any injuries, I can just simply help you to slow down, relax and re-connect with your body, gently un-winding your aches and pains.
I offer a range of different therapies to suit your needs, including:
Deep Tissue/Sports Massage - An invigorating massage which focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue, aiming to reduce chronic patterns of tension in the body, improving range of movement and flexibility. You don't need to be a sports person or to be injured to enjoy a deep tissue or sports massage, it's also highly recommended for general relaxation, to help you to let go of all of the tension that life can sometimes create and manifest in our bodies.
Pregnancy Massage - Highly beneficial for both pre and post natal care. Helps your body adapt more easily to the physical stresses of pregnancy. Bonding for mother and baby.
Therapeautic Massage - Invaluable for those with busy lives who need to relax body and mind, a holistic massage leaving you relaxed, calm and revitalised.
Indian Head Massage - this is a wonderfully relaxing treatment based on traditional Ayurvedic techniques, focusing on manipulatiing the soft tissues of the scalp, neck, face, shoulders, and upper back.
I work from two different clinics: Robert Zagar & Associates Osteopaths in NW5 and the Haelan Centre in Crouch End.
I also have a treatment room in my home in Bounds Green where I regularly see clients.
Mobile treatments are also offered in the comfort of your own home as I travel with a portable massage couch.
